I found out I had ADHD by chance, in my mid thirties. I was looking for a diagnosis for my son. I’d always thought I was a lazy person, unmotivated and just not good enough as a mum or person. I was ashamed I didn’t have a tidy house, could hold down a job or remember birthdays.

I started to study psychology, counselling and coaching. I found ways to overcome barriers, ways to embrace and value my uniqueness. This is exactly why I’m able to help you to do the same. Here’s how . . .
